Tony has been with Oakey’s since 1984 and is the Manager of Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel. Born in Roanoke, Tony is a 1983 graduate of Franklin County High School and a 1987 graduate of Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service having graduated as Valedictorian of his class. While in college, he was a member of Pi Sigma Eta (Theta Chapter) of the National Mortician’s Fraternity, where he served as Treasurer. He and his wife, Dena Beach Holland, live in Roanoke and are members of Crystal Spring Baptist Church, where Tony serves on the Personnel committee. He also served two terms as President of the Rocky Mount Lions Club and enjoys collecting clocks, having been a member of the NAWCC (National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors). Tony is also active in the Williamson Road Masonic Lodge #163, AF & AM, Pleasants Masonic Lodge #63, AF & AM, Roanoke Scottish Rite Bodies, as well as the Blue Ridge Funeral Directors Association and Shenandoah Valley Funeral Directors Association
